c) Overhead wires attached to the exterior surface of a building by means of a bracket or other fixture and extending from one location on the building to another location on the same building or to an adjacent building without crossing any public street. d) Equipment appurtenant to underground facilities, such as surface mounted transformers, pedestal- mounted terminal boxes and meter cabinets, and concealed ducts. SECTION 4. The City of Pleasanton shall provide electric service trenching, conduit, backfill, paving and panel conversions up to a maximum of $8,000 per service. The property owner shall be responsible for costs above that limit as well as for requested panel upgrades and maintenance of all individual electric service after project acceptance. The City's contractor and PG &E shall provide underground electric distribution to the individual service connection. SECTION 5. The City Clerk is herby instructed to notify all affected utilities and all persons owning real property within the Underground Utility District 09 -01 of the adoption of this resolution within ten (10) days after such date of adoption. SECTION 6. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. SECTION 7. City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
