MINUTES <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> April 20, 2010 <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Hosterman called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Councilmember <br /> Cook Kallio led the Pledge of Allegiance and provided the introductory remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Cook Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br /> Absent: None <br /> CLOSED SESSION REPORT <br /> Assistant City Attorney Harryman reported the Council met in Closed Session on existing and <br /> anticipated litigation. With respect to anticipated litigation surrounding the Livermore Airport EIR, <br /> she stated the Council authorized staff to enter into a tolling agreement with the City of <br /> Livermore for a period of 15 days, during which time the liaison committee will meet to explore <br /> possible resolution. Concerning Urban Habitat, et al. v. City of Pleasanton, there was no <br /> reportable action. <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS None <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Administrative Services <br /> 1. Approved regular meeting minutes of February 16, 2010 (as revised) and the special <br /> meeting minutes of February 16, March 23 and March 30, 2010 <br /> Karen De Baca Martens referred to the Minutes of February 16, 2010, Page 5, paragraph <br /> starting, "Mayor Hosterman stated the data provided by Mr. Martens...," repeated the Mayor's <br /> statements from that evening, and requested clarification or omission of the paragraph in its <br /> entirety. <br /> Councilmember McGovern noted that there is a change on the first page of the minutes, which <br /> was supplied by the City Clerk, and she verified this change would be made with the motion. <br /> Community Development <br /> 2. Accepted actions of the Zoning Administrator concerning PADR -2062, PADR -2066, <br /> PSDR -443, PSDR -446 <br /> 3. Adopted Resolution No. 10 -350 to approve Altamont Settlement Agreement Education <br /> Advisory Board expenditure plan for fiscal year 2010 -2011 <br />
