6. Whether the proposed development plan modification conforms to the <br />purposes of the PUD District: <br />The proposed PUD Development Plan sets forth the parameters for the <br />development of the subject property in a manner consistent with the <br />Pleasanton General Plan, the West Foothill Corridor Overlay District, and with <br />the surrounding area. The proposed PUD Development Plan implements the <br />purposes of the City's PUD Ordinance by providing a combined development <br />consisting of four single family custom homes placed in designated building <br />envelopes on very large lots. Through the proposed design augmented by the <br />recommended conditions applied to the proposed PUD Development Plan, the <br />project will substantially conform to the requirements for development specified <br />in the Pleasanton General Plan and the West Foothill Corridor Overlay District. <br />Staff, therefore, believes that this finding can be made. <br /><End> <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />
