Topography and Surrounding Area <br /> Please refer to the Planning Commission staff report (Attachment 10) for a complete <br /> discussion of the topography of the Yee property and its surrounding area with <br /> photographs and the types of developments and their land use designations. <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION HEARING <br /> The Planning Commission reviewed the four -lot development plan and supporting <br /> materials at its public hearing held on April 28, 2010. Attachment 11 is the minutes of the <br /> meeting. Marty Inderbitzen, representing Dr. William and Lydia Yee, was present at the <br /> April 28, 2010 meeting and spoke in favor of the proposal and answered questions. <br /> Joseph Gorny, project architect, Darryl Alexander, project engineer, and Tom Fraser of <br /> WRA, were also present to speak in favor of the proposal and to answer questions. Tim <br /> Belcher, a member of the California Native Plant Society, was present at the meeting and <br /> spoke in favor of the proposal. There was no other public testimony. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The proposed development plan with the Lemoine Ranch and the Equus Court <br /> developments shown on the north and south sides of the Yee property, respectively, is <br /> shown on Figure 3, below.
