Fee Adjustments to Sewer Rates and Charges <br /> (1) Local City of Pleasanton <br /> Starting July 1, 2011, Local sewer rates will be increased annually for a maximum of 5 years based on the <br /> increase in the Consumer Price Index All Urban Consumers for the San Francisco Oakland -San Jose area. <br /> Rate payers will be notified 30 days prior to any such automatic increase taking effect. <br /> (2) Regional DSRSD <br /> Starting July 15, 2010 and as they occur, regional rates are subject to the pass- through of DSRSD Regional rates <br /> and continue for a maximum of five years.
