CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1135 ORDINANCE APPROVlNG DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AND KHUSHAL DAHYA PATEL AND GITA KHUSHAL PATEL WHEREAS, Government Code Section 65864 through Section 65869.5 authorizes cities and counties to enter into binding development agreements with persons having legal or equitable interests in real property for the develop- ment of such property; and WHEREAS, Khushal Dahya Patel and Gita Khushal Patel have applied to the City to enter into such an agreement provided for in the Government Code; and WHEREAS, after public notice, the Planning Commission held a hearing on March 28, 1984 and recommended approval of the develoDment agreement as proposed; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Finds that the proposed Development Agreement for the Patel property is consistent with the City's General Plan. Section 2: Approves the Development Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and Khushal Dahya Patel and Gita Khushal Patel, a copy of which can be reviewed at the City Attorney's office, 200 Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, California. Section 3: Authorizes the appropriate city officials to execute said agreement. Section 4: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. ' Section 5: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
