All internal combustion engine driven equipment shall be equipped with exhaust <br /> mufflers maintained in good condition and appropriate for the equipment. <br /> Stationary noise generating equipment shall be located as far as feasible from <br /> sensitive receptors adjoining or located near the construction area. <br /> Except for security trailers staffed by licensed security personnel, at no time shall <br /> campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or sleeping <br /> quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the site at <br /> the end of each workday. A construction trailer shall be allowed to be placed on the <br /> project site for daily administration /coordination purposes during the construction <br /> period. <br /> Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from the <br /> existing apartment buildings and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to <br /> prevent odor. <br /> Green Building Measures <br /> 30. The applicant shall implement the GreenPoint Checklist, Exhibit D, with the design and <br /> construction of the units covered by this approval. The applicant shall submit a list of all <br /> green building measures used in the design and construction of the units covered by this <br /> approval to the Planning Division for review and approval with the building permit plans <br /> and application. <br /> The apartments shall be designed and constructed to meet or exceed 100 points using <br /> the ACWMA's GreenPoints rating system, with a minimum of 10 points in each category <br /> (Resources, Energy, and IAQ /Health). The final GreenPoints measures and programs <br /> shall be stated on one of the first two pages of the plans submitted for issuance of a <br /> building permit. Each point identified shall have a notation showing on which sheet the <br /> item can be found. <br /> A special inspection by a representative from the Planning Division shall be coordinated <br /> with regards to landscaping, irrigation, and exterior materials. All of the green building <br /> measures indicated on the building permit plan set shall be inspected and approved by <br /> either the City of Pleasanton, a third party rater, or the applicants shall provide written <br /> verification by the project engineer, architect, landscape architect, or designer. <br /> Standard Conditions <br /> Building Conditions <br /> 31. The applicant shall obtain a building permit from the Building and Safety Division and any <br /> other applicable City permits for the development prior to the commencement of any <br /> construction including grading. <br /> 32. The applicant shall pay any and all fees to which the property may be subject prior to <br /> issuance of a building permit. The type and amount of the fees shall be those in effect at <br /> the time the building permit is issued. <br /> 5 <br />
