CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1134 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE REVISING HACIENDA BUSINESS PARK <br /> PUD-81-30-1M ENLARGING AND REZONING PORTIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company has applied to expand <br /> the boundaries of Hacienda Business Park by 5.652 <br /> acres to allow inclusion in Phase I of the area <br /> bounded by Owens Drive, Chabot Drive, the northern <br /> boundary of the Dark and Hopyard Road, which <br /> requires a revision to the PUD (PUD-81-30), together <br /> with amendment to the existing development plan for <br /> various portions of the park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating <br /> no significant adverse effects on the environment, <br /> a negative declaration was adopted by Council on <br /> April 10, 1984; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommenda- <br /> tion for approval of the PUD revision and rezoning; <br /> and <br /> <br />~EREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on April 10, <br /> 1984; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this rezoning is <br /> consistent with the General Plan policies of the <br /> City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the expansion of the boundaries of <br /> Hacienda Business Park by 5.652 acres to allow <br /> inclusion in Phase I of the area bounded by Owens <br /> Drive, Chabot Drive, the northern boundary of the <br /> park and Hopyard Road and to rezone that site from <br /> "I-G" (General Industrial) to"PUD"(Planned Unit <br /> Development)-Commercial (CPD), subject to attached conditions. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Approves an amendment to the development plan of <br /> a 3.466 acre site located at the northeast corner <br /> of Chabot Drive and Gibraltar Drive from Commercial <br /> (CPD) to Garden Office (OGPD); amends the development <br /> plan of the 18.366 acre site located on the northeast <br /> side of Stoneridge Drive immediately northwest of <br /> Tassajara Creek from Industrial/Warehouse (IWPD) to <br /> Research and Development/Light Manufacturing (IPD); <br /> <br /> <br />
