RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, TO <br /> ACCEPT THE MID -YEAR 2009 -10 FINANCIAL REPORT OF THE CAPITAL <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET AND AMEND THE 2009 -10 CIP <br /> BUDGET, <br /> WHEREAS, each year a report of financial condition of the Capital Improvement <br /> Program is presented to Council which includes any staff recommendations for budget <br /> amendments and technical corrections or actions needed; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a report for the second quarter (mid -year) of <br /> the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010 for the Capital Improvement Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, as a result of the mid -year financial report, staff made numerous <br /> recommendations as outlined in that report. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1: Amend the 2009 -10 Capital Improvement Program Budget as shown in <br /> Appendix A. <br /> SECTION 2: City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it into the <br /> book of original resolutions. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a regular meeting held on the 18 day of May, 2010. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on May 18, 2010, by the <br /> following vote: <br /> Ayes: <br /> Noes: <br /> Absent: <br /> Abstain: <br /> Karen Diaz, City Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> Jonathan P.
