CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> CASE PUD- 84-1 <br /> <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br /> development plan, Exhibit A for PUP-84-1, on file with <br /> the Planning Division. <br /> <br />2. That prior to the filing of a final map on the property, <br /> CC&Rs shall be approved by the City Attorney; these CC&Rs <br /> shall provide for a property owners association with <br /> sufficient power to manage all commonly owned areas. The <br /> City shall be named as third party beneficiary of said <br /> CC&Rs and shall be granted the Dower to enforce its pro- <br /> visions if the property owners association fails to do so. <br /> <br />3. That the development plan be subseantially as shown on the <br /> site plan, elevations and landscape plan, Exhibit A, <br /> dated 1/13/84 on file with the Planning Division, except <br /> that all plywood siding be virtically grooved only or as <br /> otherwise agreed to between the Planning Staff and developer. <br /> <br />4. That [~he development shall meet all requirements of the <br /> Ple~lsanton Fire Departmen't. <br /> <br />5. That the location of any pad mounted transformers shall be <br /> subja~ct tO approval by the Planning Division prior to issuance <br /> of a building permit. Generally speaking~ such transformers <br /> shall not be located between-any' street and the front of a' <br /> building. ~ - <br /> <br />6. That the project shall meet all requirements %of the <br /> Pleasanton Security Code and -the developer shall provide <br /> plans as specified by the Crime Prevention Bureau of the <br /> Pleasanton Police Department. ~ <br /> <br />7. That a ~omplete soils study of the subject site shall, <br /> be performed prior to issuance of a building permit and- <br /> that all recommendations of that study shall be followed <br /> in development of 'the site. <br /> <br /> 8. That the deve,lopment shall meet all parking requirements <br /> of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton. ~ <br /> <br /> 9. That the colo.~:s of the structures shall be submitted to <br /> the PlanninU D.[vi~;ion for approval prior to issuance of <br /> a build.in9 permih. <br /> <br /> | <br /> <br /> <br />
