CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1132 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF CLIFFORD PRESTON <br /> FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL .FOR <br /> A NINE-UNITTOWNHOUSE COMPLEX ON AN APPROXIMATELY <br /> .5 ACRE SITE LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF <br /> THE INTERSECTION OF MISSION DRIVE AND DOLORES <br /> DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Clifford Preston applied for development plan <br /> approval for construction of a nine-unit townhouse <br /> complex on an approximately .5 acre site located <br /> at the northeast corner of the intersection of <br /> Mission Drive and Dolores Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration was adopted for the project <br /> as proposed as an apartment complex and it has been <br /> determined that this action requires no further <br /> environmental review as it is essentially the same <br /> project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommend- <br /> ation for approval of the development plan and <br /> rezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 27, <br /> 1984; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development Dlan <br /> and rezoning is consistent with the General Plan <br /> policies of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY <br /> ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1: Approves the development plan for a nine-unit townhouse <br /> complex on an approximately .5 acre site located at the <br /> northeast corner of the intersection of Mission Drive <br /> and Dolores, subject to the conditions on Exhibit <br /> "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br /> herein. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Approves the rezoning of an approximately .5 acre site <br /> located at the northeast corner of the intersection of <br /> Mission Drive and Dolores Drive from RM-2500 (Multi- <br /> family Residential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development)-High Density Residential District. <br /> <br /> Section 3: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, <br /> designating and dividing the City into zoning <br /> districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #282, <br /> <br /> <br />
