CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1132 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF CLIFFORD PRESTON FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL .FOR A NINE-UNITTOWNHOUSE COMPLEX ON AN APPROXIMATELY .5 ACRE SITE LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF MISSION DRIVE AND DOLORES DRIVE WHEREAS, Clifford Preston applied for development plan approval for construction of a nine-unit townhouse complex on an approximately .5 acre site located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Mission Drive and Dolores Drive; and WHEREAS, a negative declaration was adopted for the project as proposed as an apartment complex and it has been determined that this action requires no further environmental review as it is essentially the same project; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommend- ation for approval of the development plan and rezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 27, 1984; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development Dlan and rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan for a nine-unit townhouse complex on an approximately .5 acre site located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Mission Drive and Dolores, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2: Approves the rezoning of an approximately .5 acre site located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Mission Drive and Dolores Drive from RM-2500 (Multi- family Residential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High Density Residential District. Section 3: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #282,
