CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1130 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO PREZONE AN APPROXIMATELY ~0 ACRE PARCEL LOCATED AT 500 AND 510 HAPPY VALLEY ROAD TO THE R-I-40,000 DISTRICT WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton initiated a prezoning of an approximately two acre parcel located at 500 and 510 Happy Valley Road to the R-i-40,000 District; and WHEREAS, this matter is categorically exempt from the City's environmental review procedures and therefore no environmental document accompanies this case; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommenda- tion for approval of the prezoning; and WHEREAS,a duly noticed public hearin~ was held on March 13, 1984; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this prezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the prezoning of an approximately two acre parcel located at 500 and 510 Hab~y Valley Road, which land is involved in Annexation No. 104, to the R-i-40,000 District. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #281, attached hereto as Exhibit A dated March 13, 1984, and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
