Staff reviewed development impact fees collected during FY 2003 -04, FY 1998 -99, FY
1993 -94, and FY 1988 -89 to determine if any still remain unexpended or uncommitted.
Four developer exactions collected in FY 03 -04 remain unexpended as of June 30,
2009. Three developer exactions collected in FY 98 -99 remain unexpended as of
June 30, 2009. Two developer exactions collected in FY 93 -94 remain unexpended as
of June 30, 2009. All developer exactions collected in FY 88 -89 have been expended
as of June 30, 2009. The attached resolution contains the details on these nine
exactions. Also, the Lower- Income Housing Fund has not expended all the developer
fees collected during the period July 1, 2003 and June 30, 2004. These lower- income
housing fees are being accumulated in this fund and have been committed to the
redevelopment of Kottinger Place.
Submitted by: Approved y:
lit L
David P.
