Reduction of $3,222 due to the Rider Service agreement amended for reduced <br /> service level <br /> Reduction of $3,222 due to lower ridership in fixed route service than originally <br /> anticipated. <br /> Internal Service Funds Overview <br /> Revenue adjustments include increased revenues of $30,221 resulting from a donation <br /> from Harrington's for the gift of optic glass bell sculpture to be located in the lobby of the <br /> Firehouse Arts Center. Expenditure adjustments include an appropriation for the annual <br /> required contribution to pre -fund retiree medical benefits in FY 2009 -10 for both the <br /> Retiree Medical Reserve Fund of $3,636,000 and the LPFD Retirees Medical Reserve <br /> Fund of $1,900,000. <br /> Special Revenue Funds Overview <br /> Revenue adjustments include increased revenues of $28,350 which recognizes a <br /> number of donations received including $21,503 in the Miscellaneous Donations Fund, <br /> $2,958 in the Parks Community Services Donations Fund, $3,000 in the DARE Fund, <br /> and a general donation of $889 in the Library Donations Fund. The $21,503 increase in <br /> the Miscellaneous Donations Fund includes $18,455 from the Pleasanton Youth <br /> Collaborative for furnishings for a future youth center, $1,548 from the Caledonia Club <br /> and Amador Valley Lions Club for the Police Explorer Program, and $1,500 from the <br /> Valley Spokemen Bicycle Touring Club for police traffic bureau bicycle safety program. <br /> The $2,958 increase in the Parks Community Services Donations Fund includes <br /> $2,592 in miscellaneous donations for park benches at the Alviso Adobe, and $300 from <br /> the Tulancingo Association for the Alviso Adobe.
