Internal Service Funds Overview Revenue adjustments include increased revenues of $30,221 resulting from a donation from Harrington's for the gift of optic glass bell sculpture to be located in the lobby of the Firehouse Arts Center. Expenditure adjustments include an appropriation for the annual required contribution to pre -fund retiree medical benefits in FY 2009 -10 for both the Retiree Medical Reserve Fund of $3,636,000 and the LPFD Retirees Medical Reserve Fund of $1,900,000. Special Revenue Funds Overview Revenue adjustments include increased revenues of $28,350 which recognizes a number of donations received including $21,503 in the Miscellaneous Donations Fund, $2,958 in the Parks Community Services Donations Fund, $3,000 in the DARE Fund, and a general donation of $889 in the Library Donations Fund. The $21,503 increase in the Miscellaneous Donations Fund includes $18,455 from the Pleasanton Youth Collaborative for furnishings for a future youth center, $1,548 from the Caledonia Club and Amador Valley Lions Club for the Police Explorer Program, and $1,500 from the Valley Spokemen Bicycle Touring Club for police traffic bureau bicycle safety program. The $2,958 increase in the Parks Community Services Donations Fund includes $2,592 in miscellaneous donations for park benches at the Alviso Adobe, and $300 from the Tulancingo Association for the Alviso Adobe. The $3,000 increase in the DARE Fund includes a $1,000 miscellaneous donation from one individual and $2,000 from the Altamont Cruisers Club. Submitted by: Approved by: LOCte David P.
