CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1128 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPEAL OF WAGERMAN, ET AL. AND <br /> APPROVING THE DEVELOP?.~NT PLAN FOR CASES PUP-83-10 <br /> AND PUD-83-12 IN THE GENERAL VICINITY OF THE <br /> NORTHWEST CORNER OF MOHRAND MARTIN AVENUES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 8, 1984, the application <br /> of Wagerman, Black, Cartlidge, et al. for PUP develop- <br /> ment Dlan approval for a proposed 35-1ot low density <br /> residential project with lots ranSing in si'ze from <br /> approximately 23,000 to 58,000 sq. ft. on approximately <br /> 25 acres located in the general vicinity of the north- <br /> west corner of Mohr and Martin Avenue was considered <br /> by the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, due to the nonparticipation of Messrs. Skinner and <br /> Combs, the Planning Commission denied approval of <br /> cases PUD-83-10 and PUD-83-12; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Ordinance Code of the <br /> City of Pleasanton, the applicants submitted an appeal <br /> to the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 28, 1984, Council received <br /> a report from the Director of Planning and Community <br /> Development regarding the above application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adoDted by Council on February 28, <br /> 1984; and <br /> <br />I~HEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on February 28, <br /> 1984; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development Plan is <br /> consistent with the General Plan policies of the City <br /> Of Pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the appeal of Messrs. Wagerman, Black, <br /> Cartlidge, et al. to a decision of the Planning <br /> Commission denying the apDroval of Cases PUD-83-10 <br /> and PUD-83-12. <br /> <br />Section 2: Approves the development plan for a proposed <br /> 35-1ot low density residential project with lots <br /> <br /> <br />
