CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1128 APPROVING THE APPEAL OF WAGERMAN, ET AL. AND APPROVING THE DEVELOP?.~NT PLAN FOR CASES PUP-83-10 AND PUD-83-12 IN THE GENERAL VICINITY OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF MOHRAND MARTIN AVENUES WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 8, 1984, the application of Wagerman, Black, Cartlidge, et al. for PUP develop- ment Dlan approval for a proposed 35-1ot low density residential project with lots ranSing in si'ze from approximately 23,000 to 58,000 sq. ft. on approximately 25 acres located in the general vicinity of the north- west corner of Mohr and Martin Avenue was considered by the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, due to the nonparticipation of Messrs. Skinner and Combs, the Planning Commission denied approval of cases PUD-83-10 and PUD-83-12; and WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, the applicants submitted an appeal to the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 28, 1984, Council received a report from the Director of Planning and Community Development regarding the above application; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adoDted by Council on February 28, 1984; and I~HEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on February 28, 1984; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development Plan is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City Of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the appeal of Messrs. Wagerman, Black, Cartlidge, et al. to a decision of the Planning Commission denying the apDroval of Cases PUD-83-10 and PUD-83-12.
