CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Hosterman called the special meeting to order at the hour of 6:00 p.m. <br /> 2. ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Cook- Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br /> Absent: None <br /> 3. PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Kay Ayala questioned the Council's ability to discuss the existing litigation matter since the <br /> case had been ruled upon. <br /> Karla Brown urged the Council to consider repealing the Ordinance No. 1961. <br /> Allen Roberts addressed Council concerning the Lin litigation. <br /> 4. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING: <br /> CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL EXISTING LITIGATION pursuant to <br /> Government Code §54956.9(a): <br /> Jennifer Lin and Frederic Lin, Petitioners and Plaintiffs v.
