CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1125 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF VORELCO/INTEGRATED STORAGE CORPORATION FOR PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL OF A 72,000 SQ. FT. MINI-STORAGE FACILITY ON STONERIDGE DRIVE WHEREAS, Vorelco/Integrated Storage Corporation applied for development plan approval for construction of a 72,000 sq. ft. mini-storage facility on approximately 3.25 acres located at the southeast corner of 1-680 and Stoneridge Drive; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a mitigated negative declaration was adopted by Council on February 14, 1984; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommend- ation for approval of the development plan and following a public hearing referred the matter back to the Planning Commission for a report on proposed changes; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on February 14, 1984 and the revised plans were reviewed on February 28, 1984 and on April 10, 1984; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEPZBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: ~l Section 1: Approves the development plan for a 72,000 sq. ft. mini-storage facility on approximately 3.25 acres located at the southeast corner of 1-680 and Stoneridge Drive, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2: The City Staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. Section 3: This ordinance shall be Dublished once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
