McCULLOUGH COMPANY, FOR THE PRESSURE <br /> REDUCING STATIONS, KILKARE ROAD AND PLEASANTON RIDGE <br /> PROJECT, CIP NO. 031015 <br /> SUMMARY <br /> The subject project consists of replacing three pressure reducing stations and fourteen <br /> main line valves on Kilkare Road; and one pressure reducing station and one fire <br /> hydrant assembly on Pleasanton Ridge. Construction of the subject project is complete <br /> and ready for acceptance. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Accept the improvements for the subject project. <br /> 2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the subject project. <br /> 3. Authorize payment of the retention in the amount of $18,882.58 to William G. <br /> McCullough Company thirty days after recordation of the Notice of Completion. <br /> 4. Authorize the transfer of the remaining balance of $37,496 back into the <br /> Pleasanton Township County Water District #3 fund balance. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> This project replaced out -dated water facilities and will reduce maintenance costs for <br /> many years to come. <br />
