CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-010 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING ALTERNATE TO THE <br />ALTAMONT LANDFILL OPEN SPACE COMMITTEE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Altamont Landfill Settlement Agreement resulted in a reduced expansion of <br />the Altamont Landfill and certain committees were formed to oversee the landfill's <br />expansion and the allocation of funds collected; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Pleasanton City Council appointed representatives to those Committees in <br /> 2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />since that time, the membership of the Altamont Landfill and Resource Recovexy <br />Facility Open Space Account Advisory Committee has determined that the <br />Committee would be served by adding alternate members from each jurisdiction to <br />its membership; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Jennifer Hosterman is appointed as an alternate member of the Altamont Landfill <br />& Resource Recover Facility Open Space Account Advisory Committee. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
