CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1123 <br /> <br /> APPROVAL OF A MODIFICATION TO ORDINANCE NO. 928 <br /> CONDITIONALLY ALLOWING CHURCHES IN EXISTING STRUCTURES <br /> IN VALLEY BUSINESS PARK <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to amend the <br /> conditions of Ordinance No. 928 (PUD-80-1-2M) <br /> relating to permitted and conditionally allowed <br /> uses to allow "churches and similar religious <br /> meeting facilities in existing structures"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing on January 24, <br /> 1984, the City Council considered all public <br /> testimony, relevant documents and recommendations <br /> of the City staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a modification of this type is considered to be <br /> categorically exempt under CEQA. For this reason, <br /> no environmental document accompanies this case; <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY <br /> ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Condition No. 8 of Ordinance No. 928 governing <br /> permitted and conditionally allowed uses is hereby <br /> amended by adding subsection D.4. which states <br /> as follows: "churches and similar religious <br /> meeting facilities in existing structures." <br /> <br /> Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The <br /> Valley Times," <br /> a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br /> days after the date of its final passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on January 24, 1984. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on February 14, 1984 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ROBERT E.
