MINUTES <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> March 16, 2010 <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Hosterman called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Councilmember <br /> Sullivan led the Pledge of Allegiance and provided the introductory remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Cook- Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Mayor Hosterman <br /> Absent: Councilmember Thorne <br /> CLOSED SESSION REPORT <br /> City Attorney Lowell reported that the Council met in Closed Session on two items; Urban <br /> Habitat vs. City of Pleasanton, no action was taken. On the second item of anticipated litigation, <br /> the Council directed staff to prepare and forward a letter to the Livermore Community <br /> Development Department. <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS None <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Administrative Services <br /> 1. Approved regular meeting minutes of March 2, 2010 <br /> City Attorney <br /> 2. Adopted Resolution No. 10 -343 in support of the Local Taxpayer, Public Safety and <br /> Transportation Protection Act of 2010 <br /> Community Development <br /> 3. Accepted actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> 4. Adopted Resolution No. 10 -344 authorizing the filing of an application for federal Jobs for <br /> Main Street Act of 2010 for Pavement Rehabilitation of Various City Streets, CIP No. <br /> 105024 <br /> 5. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute Consultant Contract Amendment <br /> No. 1 with Mosaic Associates in the amount of $115,194 to provide year two through year <br /> five mitigation monitoring and reporting services for the Bernal Avenue Bridge at Arroyo <br /> Del Valle, CIP No. 995067 <br /> Fire <br /> 6. Adopted Resolution No. 10 -345 declaring weeds, dirt, rubbish and refuse upon or in front <br /> of certain properties constitute a public nuisance requiring abatement and setting April 20, <br /> 2010 as the public hearing date <br />
