CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1117 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF RICHARD PAREJO FOR PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL OF A NINE LOT SINGLE- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ON APPROXIMATELY EIGHT ACRES OF LAND LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF AMBER LANE AND MOCKINGBIRD LANE WHEREAS, Richard Parejo applied for development plan approval for construction of a nine lot single-family residential development on approximately eight acres of land located at the southeast corner of Amber Lane and Mockingbird Lane; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on March 22, 1983; and '~ WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommend- ation for approval of the development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on December 6, 1983; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan for the proposed nine lot single-family residential development on approximately eight acres of land located at the southeast corner of Amber Lane and Mockingbird Lane, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption. INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on December 6, 1983.
