(. "~'~enever a significant change in the range of hazardous <br /> material is perceived by such person, firm or corporation <br /> to create a substantial increase in the hazard to <br /> emergency responders, the city shall be notified <br /> by phone of such change within twenty-four (24) hours." <br /> (j) Section V.04.C at page 23 is amended to read: <br /> <br /> "C. In addition to providing the lockboxes, the <br /> permittee or permit applicant shall provide <br /> information to the city as per the following: <br /> Instead of submitting the name of the trade secret <br /> · to city, the trade secret information, together <br /> with all submittals pursuant to this Chapter, may <br /> be submitted to an independent chemical engineer <br />~*?-- or equivalent licensed professional, subject to <br /> approval by city, who shall certify, in writing, <br /> the suitabilityof the containment design, the <br /> monitoring methods and plans, and the separation <br /> of materials, and the accuracy of the facility <br /> storage map with regard to the information <br /> relevant to the trade secret. All such submittals <br /> <br /> cit' <br /> remain subject to y s review and approval <br /> <br /> under this Chapter." <br /> <br /> (k) Section VI.02.C is added at pare 2B to read:· <br /> <br /> "C. Office of Emergency Services. The city shall <br /> submit a written report to the Office of Emergency <br /> Services within ten (10) working days from the <br /> date that the city is notified of an unauthorized <br /> discharge from an underground storage tank." <br /> <br /> <br />
