41. That approval of the water supply and distri- <br /> bution system be withheld pending final design <br /> and until the developer has demonstrated to the <br /> satisfaction of the City Engineer that the proposed <br /> system meets both the immediate and long-range <br /> requirements for supplying water in this area. <br /> <br /> 42. That the developer comply with any and all <br /> applicable requirements of the cross-connections <br /> control and backflow prevention device programs <br /> required by the ~alifornia Administrative Code <br /> Title 17. ' <br /> <br /> 43. That the developer pay the applicable Zone 7 and <br /> City connection fees and the meter cost prior to <br /> Council approval of the development for any water <br /> meters (irrigation meters) not directly related <br /> to a building permit. <br /> <br /> 44. That a separate water meter be provided to each <br /> lot of record within the development unless <br /> otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />I 45. That approval for the number, type and location <br />· of fire hydrants be withheld pending final design <br /> review by the Fire Marshal, and final review by <br /> the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> 46. That approval of the sanitary sewer system be with- <br /> held pending final design and until the developer <br /> has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City <br /> Engineer that the proposed system is adequate, <br /> connects to an approved point of discharge, and <br /> meets both the immediate and long-range require- <br /> ments~of the sanitary sewer system in this and all <br /> tributary areas. <br /> <br /> 47. That a separate sanitary sewer lateral be provided <br /> to each lot of record within the development unless <br /> otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> 48.
