CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAmeDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1111 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF MORRISON HOMES FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 204-UNIT MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOP}.~NT PROJECT PROPOSED TO BE CONSTRUCTED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SANTA RITA ROAD AND VALLEY AVENUE WHEREAS, Morrison tlomes applied for development plan approval for construction of a 204-unit medium density residential develoDment project proposed to be constructed at the northeast corner of Santa Rita Road and Valley Avenue; and I~EREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a mitigated negative declaration was adopted by Council on October 11, 1983; and I.~EREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommend- ation for approval of the development plan; and I,~IEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on November 22, 1983; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is consistent with the General Plan pOliCieS Of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development Dlan for a 204-unit medium density residential development project proposed to be constructed on approximately 24.4 acres located at the northeast corner of Santa Rita Road and Valley Avenue, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorDorated herein. Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of ~eneral circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
