Zoning for the properties <br /> is PUD -SRDR (Planned Unit Development Semi -Rural Density Residential) District. <br /> Action recommended: Deny the appeals, thereby upholding the Zoning Administrator's <br /> approvals. <br /> Action taken: After Ponderosa Homes withdrew its Design Review applications for <br /> PDR -886 (Lot 5, 6184 Sanctuary Lane) and PDR -887 (Lot 10, <br /> 6139 Sanctuary Lane), the Commission denied the appeals for <br /> PAP -142, PAP -143, and PAP -144, thereby upholding the Zoning <br /> Administrator's approval of PDR -885 (Lot 4, 6168 Sanctuary Lane), <br /> PDR -884 (Lot 2, 6136 Sanctuary Lane), and PDR -883 (Lot 1, <br /> 6120 Sanctuary Lane), respectively, with the modification that the <br /> applicant add further detailing to the design of the houses to meet the <br /> four -sided architectural requirements and to examine their massing <br /> relative to the design guidelines. The Commission also appointed <br /> Commissioners Narum and O'Connor to work with Planning staff on the <br /> detailing of the house designs. <br /> Vote: 5 -0 -1. <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
