Dugger GENERAL MANAGER Re: Hacienda Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Task Force Dear Mayor Hosterman City Council: DIRECTORS As the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART) Board of Director for the 5 District, I am honored to represent the residents of the City of Pleasanton on the Gail Murray BART Board of Directors. 1ST DISTRICT Joel Keller As a key property owner, provider of public transit and financial participant in the 2ND DISTRICT Specific Plan process, BART has proven itself to be a good public partner. I would personally like to be a part of this continued close collaboration which has evolved Bob Franklin between our two agencies by offering to participate as a member of the Hacienda TOD 3RD DISTRICT Task Force. Carole Ward Allen My commitment to public and community service is best exemplified by my 4TH DISTRICT professional career; as a BART Director, a BART employee (Safety Specialist), in the Oakland Fire Department (Chief Officer) and the United States Anny (active and James McPartland reserve Colonel). 5TH DISTRICT Thomas M.
