<br />108. That the developer and the City of Pleasanton shall enter <br />into an agreement relating to possible claims against the <br />City for inverse condemnation, assessment district relief, <br />or any other claim seeking to require the City's approval <br />for development or seeking an assessment district or other <br />refund in contravention of these PUD conditions. Such <br />agreement shall be recorded contemporaneously with the <br />subdivision map for the property. <br /> <br />109. That no parking will be allowed on any streets within <br />the development. <br /> <br />110. That only modular newspaper dispensers accommodating more <br />than one newspaper shall be allowed outside of buildings <br />within the development; the design of these dispensers <br />shall be approved by the Planning Division. <br />
