NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER THE <br /> FOLLOWING: <br /> Section 1. The City Council upholds the appeal, Case PAP -133, thereby <br /> overturning the Planning Commission's denial and approving Case PMCC -2, the <br /> application of Pleasanton Mobilehome Park LPNineyard Mobile Villa for a Vesting <br /> Tentative Map concerning a 208 -unit mobilehome park located at 3263 Vineyard Avenue, <br /> subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part of this case <br /> by reference. <br /> SECTION 2.
