ATTACHMENT 3 PLEASANTON PERMIT CENTER REMODEL PROJECT PLEASANTON, CA DOCUMENT 00520 AGREEMENT FOR THE REMODEL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON PERMIT CENTER THIS CONTRACT is made and entered into this March 02, 2010 by and between CAL -BAY CONSTRUCTION, INC., "Contractor whose address is 3055 Alvarado Street, San Leandro, Ca. 94577, and whose telephone number is 510 352 -5428 and the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation "City City and Contractor may be referred to herein individually as a "Party" or collectively as the "Parties" or the "Parties to this Agreement." RECITALS: WHEREAS, the City has awarded to the Contractor a contract for the PLEASANTON PERMIT CENTER REMODEL PROJECT, 200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, California, Project No. 098037 NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, Contractor and City agree as follows: 1. Scope of Work Contractor shall complete all Work specified in the Contract Documents, in accord with the Plans, Specifications, and all other terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. 2.
