110. Approval of the storm drainage system shall be subject to the review and <br />approval of the City Engineer and Zone 7, where applicable. The storm drainage <br />system shall connect to an approved point of discharge and shall meet any and <br />all applicable requirements of the Alameda County Flood Control District - <br />Zone 7, the Federal Emergency Management Flood Hazard Program, the <br />California Department of Fish and Game, and the requirements of this <br />development. <br />111. Electric power distribution, gas distribution, communication service, cable <br />television, and any required alarm systems shall be installed underground in a <br />joint utility trench approved by the City Engineer. <br />112. Any damage to existing street improvements during construction on the subject <br />property including the individual lots shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the <br />City Engineer at full expense to the project developer. This shall include slurry <br />seal, overlay, or street reconstruction if deemed warranted by the City Engineer. <br />113.
