The Council requests that the Alameda County Board of Supervisors order that this election be conducted by the Alameda County Registrar of Voters on June 8, 2010, in conjunction with the Statewide Direct Primary Election on that date, with the actual costs for said election to be reimbursed by the City to the County. Section 11. That in all particulars not recited in this resolution, the election shall be held and conducted as provided by law for holding municipal elections. Section 12. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
