The Council requests that the Alameda County Board of Supervisors <br /> order that this election be conducted by the Alameda County Registrar of Voters on June 8, <br /> 2010, in conjunction with the Statewide Direct Primary Election on that date, with the actual <br /> costs for said election to be reimbursed by the City to the County. <br /> Section 11. That in all particulars not recited in this resolution, the election shall be <br /> held and conducted as provided by law for holding municipal elections. <br /> Section 12.
