CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1107 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA TO REZONE APPROXIMATELY 21 ACRES LOCATED NORTH AND SOUTH OF WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD WEST OF ITS INTERSECTION WITH STONERIDGE DRIVE FROM THE "L-I" (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) TO THE "I-P" (INDUSTRIAL PARK) DISTRICT WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company of America applied to have an approximately 21 acre parcel located north and south of West Las Positas Boulevard west of its intersection with Stoneridge Drive from the "L-I" (Light Industrial) to the "I-P" (Industrial Park) District; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating no significant adverse effects on the environment a negative declaration was adopted by Council on October 25, 1983; and ~IHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commiss. ion' s recommenda- tion for approval of the rezoning; and t{HEREAS, a duly noticed Dublic hearing was held on October 25, 1983; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 21 acre parcel located north and south of West Las Positas Boulevard west of its intersection with Stoneridge Drive from the "L-I" (Light Industrial) to the "I-P" (Industrial Park) District. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #277, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" dated October 25, 1983, and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3: The City staff is directed to cause a ?Iotice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66.
