CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1106 <br /> APPROVAL OF A MODIFICATION TO ORDINANCE NO. 973 <br /> RELATING TO TRAFFIC LEVELS OF SERVICE AND OFF-SITE <br /> TRAFFIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR PUD-80-16 (MEYER BUSINESS <br /> PARK) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to amend the <br /> provisions of Ordinance No. 973 relating to traffic <br /> levels of service (LOS) and off-site traffic <br /> improvements for case PUD-80-16 (Meyer Business <br /> Park); and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing on October 25, <br /> 1983, the City Council considered all public <br /> testimony, relevant documents and recommendations <br /> of the City staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a modification of this type is considered to be <br /> categorically exempt under CEQA. For this reason, <br /> no environmental document accompanies this case; <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY <br /> ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1: Condition No. 63 of Ordinance No. 973 governing <br /> the LOS for Meyer Business Park is hereby amended <br /> to read as indicated on Exhibit A, attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The <br /> Valley Times" a newspaper of ~eneral circulation <br /> published in the City of pleasanton. <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br /> days after the date of its final passage and <br /> adopt i on. <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> City of pleasanton on January 9, 1984. <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Pleasanton on January 24, 1984by the following vote: <br /> <br /> <br />
