'-Transportation Sys tern ManaKement Pr6grams, <br /> including, but not limited to, ridesharing, <br /> Staggered work hours and flextime. <br /> <br /> Feasible traffic mitigation measures shall begin <br /> to be implemented on a priority basis, to be <br /> · determined by the City Engineer .(and appealable to <br /> =the City Council), beginnipg, with the least <br /> stringent and the least costly. Increasingly more <br /> stringent mitigation measures will be required and <br /> '-implemented by Developer in order to maintain <br /> traffic levels at better than LOS E (91% of capacity) <br /> b. Each site specific project submitted to the Cityl <br /> for final design approval shall be accompanied by <br /> a traffic study ~atisfactory to the City Engineer,. <br /> pr.ojecting future levels of service at the above~ <br /> 'listed" affected intersections. Future traffic <br /> conditions shall include existing traffic, projected <br /> traffic from' 6kher projects under construction <br /> and/or having received final City approvals, and <br /> projected traffic from the project submitted for <br /> .approval.
