CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALA~4.EDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA OIDINANCE NO. 1105 APPROVAL OF A MODIFICATION TO ORDINANCE NO. 1014 RELATING TO TRAFFIC LEVELS OF SERVICE AND OFF-SITE TRAFFIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR PUD-81-22 (STONERIDGE BUSINESS CENTER) WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to amend the provisions-of Ordinance 1014 relating to traffic levels of service (LOS) and off-site traffic improvements for case PUD-81-22 (Stoneridge Business Center); and WHEKEAS, at its duly noticed public hearing on October 25, 1983, the City Council considered all public testimony, relevant documents and recommendations of the City staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, at the above public hearing changes were made to this ordinance and it was referred back to the Planning Commission for review and recommendation at its meeting of November 21, 1983; and WHEREAS, a modification of this type is considered to be categorically exempt under CEOA. For this reason, no environmental document accompanies this case; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Condition No. 56 of Ordinance 1014 is hereby amended as set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoDtion in "The Valley Times ,". a newspaper of general ~irculation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
