CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-002 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING EDGAR <br />THE ALAMEDA COUNTY MOSQUITO <br />DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES <br /> <br />CENTENO TO <br />ABATEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Mr. Centeno was appointed to his first term on the Alameda County Mosquito <br />Abatement District Board of Trustees to serve the unexpired term of the previous <br />representative, which term expired on January 2, 2003; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor recommended that Mr. Centeno be appointed a Trustee for a full <br /> two-year term. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Edgar Cemeno is appointed as the Pleasanton representative to the Alameda <br />County Mosquito Abatement District, which term expires on January 2, 2005, or <br />until such time as he is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 7, 2003 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Brozosky, Campbell, Hosterman, and Mayor Pico <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Peggy(/Ltfl~-z(i/~>, CfI~ Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
