CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1874 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br />COLMA DRAYAGE, INC. (GLENN AND BEATRICE <br />NOLAN) FOR PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL, AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE PUD-19 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Colma Drayage, Inc. (Glenn and Beatrice Nolan) has applied for PUD <br />development plan approval to subdivide an existing 1.8 + acre lot into two lots (a <br />1.6+ acre lot and a 10,602 sq. ft. lot, each with an existing home) located at 1027 <br />and 1015 Rose Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-MDR (Planned Unit Development - Medium <br /> Density Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the proposed subdivision of the existing property is exempt from the provisions of <br />the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); therefore, no environmental <br />document was prepared for this proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council fmds that the proposed development is well planned and would <br /> not create any adverse impacts on the surrounding community. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves the PUD development plan to subdivide an existing 1.8+ acre lot into <br />two lots (a 1.6+ acre lot and a 10,602 sq. ft. lot, each with an existing home) <br />located at 1027 and 1015 Rose Avenue, subject to the conditions shown in <br />"Exhibit B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after <br />its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published <br />in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen <br />(15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage <br />and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
