42. That approval for the number, type and location of <br /> fire hydrants be withheld pending final design, review <br /> by the Fire Marshal, and final review by the City <br /> Engineer.. <br /> <br />43. That the developer submit a refundable cash bond for <br /> hazard control prior to approval of the site development <br /> plan. The amount of this bond will be determined by <br /> the City Engineer. ($2500 minimum) <br /> <br />44. That controlled vehicular access be provided along <br /> the existing easement at the north property line fo°r <br /> utility maintenance and for emergency access. The <br /> extent and the design of this access shall be to the <br /> satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />45. That the developer install street frontage improvements <br /> on Chabot Drive per ordinance and to the satisfaction <br /> of the City Engineer. These improvements shall include, <br /> but are not necessarily limited to, grading, curb and <br /> gutter, sidewalk, paving, storm drain, sanitary sewer, <br /> water facilities, street lighting, underground utilities <br /> and traffic control devices. <br /> <br /> This requirement may be waived by the City Engineer in <br /> the event that Chabot Drive is constructed, to the satis- <br /> faction of the City Engineer, by others. <br /> <br /> <br />
