EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br /> development plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br /> Division. <br /> <br />2. That the property owner cause the subject site to be <br /> subdivided from the approximately 11 acre parcel of which <br /> is now a part and that the parcel map show Chabot Drive <br /> between Gibraltar Drive and the northern~-ProPertY line. <br /> The developer shall construct whatever portion of Chabot <br /> Drive deemed necessary by the City Engineer to provide <br /> adequate access to the driveway near the northern boundary <br /> line of the subject site. <br /> <br /> 3. That the roof material (wood shingle or concrete tile), <br /> shall be determined by the City staff. <br /> <br /> 4. That a final landscape plan be submitted to 'the Planning <br /> Division for approval prior to issuance of a building <br /> permit. <br /> <br /> 5. That the colors of the buildings be submitted to the <br /> Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of a <br /> building permit. <br /> <br /> 6. That the development shall meet all requirements of' <br /> Article 16 (off-street parking facilities) of the <br /> Zoning Code of the City of pleasanton. <br /> <br /> 7. That the developer and prospecti've owner/lessee shall be <br /> aware that there is a pending application for PUD zoning <br /> and development plan approval (pUD-81-30) which includes <br /> the subject property- If approved, all terms and con- <br /> ditions of case PUD-81-30 shall apply to the subject <br /> property · <br /> <br /> 8. That approval of case PUD-83-13 is subject to all <br /> conditions of approval of case MS-82-13 approving <br /> Parcel Map 3858. <br /> <br /> <br />
