Commissioner O'Connor requested a modification to include the four conditions <br />added by staff. <br />Commissioner Blank agreed and added that all deed restrictions be placed <br />together in the Conditions of Approval. <br />Commissioner Narum proposed that the hours for non-service of alcohol be <br />changed from 1:00 a.m.-6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m-10:00 a.m. <br />Commissioners Blank and Pentin accepted the proposed amendments. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Blank, Olson, Narum, Pearce, and Pentin. <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />RECUSED: None. <br />ABSENT: None. <br />Resolutions Nos. PC-2009-39 recommending approval of Case PUD-70, PC-2009-40 <br />recommending approval of PCUP-234, and PC-2009-41 recommending approval of EIR <br />were entered and approved as motioned. <br />Commissioner Narum also requested that a recommendation be forwarded to the City <br />Council strongly encouraging that a dog park be included in one of the parks on this <br />site. <br />The Commissioners agreed. <br />Mr. Dolan recommended that Commission to make a motion to that effect. <br />Commissioner Narum moved that the Planning Commission strongly encourage <br />the City Council to include a dog park in either the Community Park or the <br />Neighborhood Park plans. <br />Commissioner Pentin seconded the motion, and accepted the friendly <br />amendment. <br />Commissioner Blank proposed an amendment that the City examine other successful <br />dog parks in other localities. <br />Commissioners Narum and Pentin accepted the proposed amendment. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES, November 5, 2009 Page 18 of 19 <br /> <br />
