4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Dolan advised that Item 5.a., PPOL-1, City of Pleasanton, has been continued to <br />the November 18, 2009 meeting. <br />Chair Pearce stated that she received an email indicating that Item 5.c, PCUP-259, <br />Kenneth Walton, New Beginnings Church was withdrawn from the Agenda and <br />requested confirmation. <br />Mr. Dolan replied that it is on the Agenda. <br />Several Commissioners indicated that they were not prepared to discuss the application <br />as they were under the impression that it was withdrawn. <br />Chair Pearce inquired if it could be continued. <br />Mr. Dolan stated that staff could present an oral report, and the Commission can then <br />decide whether to consider or continue the matter. <br />Commissioner Narum suggested taking a ten-minute break to read through the report, <br />hear the staff report, and then discuss it. <br />Commissioner Blank suggested it be considered after Item 6.b., PUD-75/PGPA-14/ <br />PSPA-3, Don Babbitt/Heartwood Communities. <br />The Commissioners agreed. <br />5. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />a. PPOL-1, City of Pleasanton <br />Review and consideration of a Planning Policy regarding the definition <br />and licensing of child care uses. <br />This item has been continued to the November 18, 2009 meeting. <br />b. PCUP-258, Goold Electric Inc. <br />Application for a Conditional Use Permit to operate an electrical <br />contracting company at 1040 Serpentine Lane, Suite 207 and <br />1032 Serpentine Lane, Suite 109. Zoning for the properties is PUD-I <br />(Planned Unit Development – Industrial) District. <br />Commissioner Blank moved to make the conditional use findings as described in <br />the staff report and to approve Case PCUP-258, subject to the conditions listed in <br />Exhibit A. <br />Commissioner Olson seconded the motion. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES, October 28, 2009 Page 2 of 13 <br /> <br />
