Actions of the Planning Commission, January 27, 2010 Commissioners Present: Commissioners Blank, Narum, O'Connor, Olson, and Pearce Commissioner Absent: Commissioner Pentin PCUP 260, Scott Murphy, Phoenix Flooring Systems Application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a concrete floor contracting business at 1048 Serpentine Lane, Suite 308, in the Valley Business Park. Zoning for the property is PUD -I (Planned Unit Development Industrial) District. Action Recommended: Approval. Action Taken: Approved per staff, with the following modifications: Condition No. 5: limit trucks for pick -ups and deliveries to Monday through Friday. Condition No. 10: require the applicant to obtain a business license within 30 days of project approval. Condition No. 12: require the applicant to obtain Planning Commission approval to transfer the conditional use permit to a new location; the conditional use permit for the prior location shall terminate upon approval of the transfer. Vote: 5 -0. PCUP 262, Gorman Roofing Application to transfer an existing Conditional Use Permit (PCUP -189) for a roof contractor business from Suite 203 to Suite 202 of the building located at 1040 Serpentine Lane, in the Valley Business Park.
