CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY,"CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1295 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO PREZONE APPROXIMATELY 63 ACRES LOCATED SOUTH OF OLD DUBLIN CANYON ROAD, GENERALLY IN THE AREA APPROXIMATELY 4,800 FEET WEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF FOOTHILL ROAD TO THE "A" (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT (RZ-86-11) WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton initiated a prezoning of an approximately 63 acre parcel located south of Old Dublin Canyon Road, generally in the area approximately 4,800 feet west of the intersection of Foothill Road to the "A" (Agricultural) District; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating no significant adverse effects on the environment, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on December 2, 1986; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the prezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on November 18, 1986; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this prezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the prezoning of an approximately 63 acre parcel located south of Old Dublin Canyon Road, generally in the area approximately 4,800 feet west of the intersection of Foothill Road, which land is involved in Annexation No. 115, to the "A" (Agricultural) District. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #342, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" dated December 16, 1986, and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66.
