EXHIBIT K Hours of Operation for Selected Downtown Restaurants and Bars Fernando's Mexican Restaurant, 348 St. Mary Street: daily bar service until 12:00 midnight; inside dining hours are Sunday to Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.; and Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Outdoor dining until 10:00 p.m. daily. Baron's Restaurant, 475 St. John Street: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight; Fridays and Saturdays, 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.; and Sundays, 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The restaurant/bar may remain open until 1:00 a.m. on March 17 (St. Patrick's Day), July 3 the Wednesday before Thanksgiving Day, December 23` and New Year's Eve each year.
