Steve Otto
From: Carlos portillo
Sent: Saturday, November 14, 2009 11:32 AM
To: Steve Otto
Subject: Redcoats
Dear Mr. Otto
My name is Chuck Portillo, co -owner of Let's Bounce Security. We provide the security service for Redcoats. 1
am writing to you in response to the hearing that is taking place on November 17, 2009.
In my opinion it is unfair to punish Redcoats over one persons opposition. Mr. Finch knew that Redcoats would
be a bar and grill with music. Redcoats has gone to great lengths to protect and serve the community in a way
that produces a positive impact on the city. By hiring Let's Bounce Security, Redcoats has displayed their desire
to provide a safe place for people to drink and enjoy music.
By limiting the number of hours Redcoats can have music and patio service, you will be impacting the fiscal
windfall Redcoats provides to the city.
If you need any information on the service my company provides to Redcoats, please email me or call me at
(925) 580-6352.
Thank you,
Chuck Portillo
Let's Bounce Security
12/23/2009
