Scope a Kick-Off Planning Meetings: Team Meetings (13) Establishing expectations, benchmarks and desired outcomes at a project's onset is O critical to a project's success. LucyCo will attend three meetings in person, including the kick -off meeting, and the remaining 10 meetings via conference call. Round -trip driving time from Sacramento to Pleasanton will be billed at half of the standard billable rate.
