RESOLUTION NO. 09 -330 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ACCEPTING THE FISCAL YEAR 2008 -09 YEAR -END FINANCIAL REPORT OF THE OPERATING BUDGET AND AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2008 -09 OPERATING BUDGET (UN- AUDITED), WHEREAS, each year a report of financial condition of the Operating Budget is presented to Council which includes staff recommendations for budget amendments and carryover; and WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2009; and WHEREAS, as a result of the year -end financial review, staff made numerous recommendations as outlined in that report NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: Section 1: Amend the FY 2008 -09 Operating Budget as shown in Attachment 2A. Section 2: Fully appropriate June 30, 2009, Fund Balances as shown in Attachment 2B. Section 3: Approve the Operating Budget carryovers detailed in Attachment 3. Section 4: Amend the designations of General Fund Reserves for existing and future, known and unknown, obligations as shown on attachment 2A and 2B. Section 5: City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on December 15, 2009.
