CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1288 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF CITY OF PLEASANTON TO PREZONE APPROXIMATELY 183 ACRES LOCATED ON OLD DUBLIN CANYON ROAD TO THE PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT)-LOW DENSITY/HIGH DENSITY/RURAL DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (RZ-86-11) AND CONTINUED THE MATTER OF 63 ACRES (PANGANIBAN) WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton initiated a prezoning of an approximately 246 acre site located on both sides of Old Dublin Canyon Road, generally in the area approximately 4,800 feet west of the intersection of Foothill Road and Old Dublin Canyon Road but continued the matter for 63 acres (Panganiban property); and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating no significant adverse effects on the environment, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on November 18, 1986 for 183 acres; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the prezoning for 183 acres; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on November 18, 1986; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this prezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton for 183 acres; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the prezoning of an approximately 183 acres located on both sides of 01d Dublin Canyon Road, generally in the area approximately 4,800 feet west of the intersection of Foothill Road and Old Dublin Canyon Road as follows: Ferreri Property - 25 acres PUD-HDR (Planned Unit Development - High Density Residential District Westbrook, Church of Christ, Styles and Lester Properties - 157.2 "A" (Agricultural) District
