CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1287 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO <br /> PREZONE APPROXIMATELY 201 ACRE SITE LOCATED ON BOTH <br /> SIDES OF FOOTHILL ROAD GENERALLY IN THE AREA NORTH OF <br /> THE INTERSECTION OF BERNAL AVENUE AND FOOTHILL ROAD <br /> (RZ-86-10) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton initia~ed a prezoning of an <br /> approximately 201 acre site located on both sides of <br /> Foothill Road generally in the area north of the. <br /> intersection of Bernal Avenue and Foothill Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating no <br /> significant adverse effects on the environment, a <br /> negative declaration was adopted by Council on <br /> November 18, 1986; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for approval of the prezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on November 18, <br /> 1986; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this prezoning is consistent <br /> with the General Plan policies of the City of <br /> Pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the prezoning of an approximately 201 acre <br /> site located on both sides of Foothill Road generally in <br /> the area north of the intersection of Bernal Avenue and <br /> Foothill Road as follows: <br /> <br /> TMI and Mason Properties - 155 acres <br /> <br /> PUD-LDR (Planned Unit Development-Low Density <br /> Residential) District <br /> <br /> Gartung, Stevenson and Oleson Properties - 5 acres <br /> R-i-40,000 (Single-Family Residential District <br /> <br /> Wells Fargo Bank~ Curdy and Messa Properties - 41 acres <br /> "A" (Agricultural) District <br /> <br /> The above land is involved in Annexation No. 116. <br /> <br /> <br />
